I lived in Padua for one year, and from the very first day I rented my apartment through Nino and his agency. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Whenever I had a problem with the apartment and messaged him, he responded quickly and took care of it right away. This was a huge relief for me, especially because I was living alone and didn’t know anyone in Italy. They also registered the rental contract on time, so I could use the registered contract and the hospitality documents for my residence permit and the regional scholarship without any worries. After Italy, I moved to Canada and didn’t have the chance to visit the office to collect my deposit, but Nino transferred my deposit back to my account promptly and without any issues.
